Position: Dim Sum Cook – Chinese Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dim sum dishes according to standard recipes
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly to maintain quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dim sum station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Dim Sum Cook in a Chinese restaurant or hotel
- Skilled in preparing various types of dim sum doughs and fillings
- Knowledge of steaming and frying techniques specific to dim sum
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently during busy periods
- Passion for culinary arts and attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes
