Position: Fb Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Possess knowledge of menu items to make recommendations to guests
- Process orders and payments accurately in the POS system
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests promptly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or F&B attendant preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance and customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Basic English proficiency is an advantage
