Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in luxury hotels
  • Strong culinary expertise and ability to design innovative menus
  • Excellent leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen brigade
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively
  • Creative approach to culinary presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Fluent in English with strong communication abilities
