Position: Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconcile sales taxes payroll and bank accounts at the end of each month
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Detail-oriented and high level of integrity
