The hotel features 156 rooms with favorable room types, 2 restaurants, a lounge bar, and extensive event facilities including a modern ballroom and 14 meeting rooms. Position: Restaurant & Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar outlets
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Train and supervise service staff to maintain quality standards
- Monitor inventory and control operational expenses
Qualifications:
- Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years
- Strong leadership and a good team player
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader
- High level of customer service
- Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus
- Strong in revenue driven
- Adequate education on position applied preferably
