Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B outlets and banquet operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Lead and motivate the F&B team
- Control costs and manage departmental budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as F&B Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Creative and innovative in F&B concepts
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure
