Position: Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery
Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Chef in managing pastry and bakery operations
- Create high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts
- Supervise pastry team and ensure consistency
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
Qualifications:
- A dynamic, energetic & smart person
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Specialized expertise in pastry and bakery
- Experience in a similar role in a hotel or bakery
- Creative flair for dessert presentation
- Team leadership abilities
