Position: Restaurant Manager
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
- Monitor financial performance and implement revenue-generating strategies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
