Position: Head Chef
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality.
- Design and create innovative menus aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient inventory management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
