Position: Restaurant Manager
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
