Position: Chef De Partie Pastry
- Oversee the pastry section and ensure high-quality production of desserts and pastries.
- Create new pastry menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
