Position: CDP Asean
- Manage the preparation and presentation of ASEAN cuisine.
- Develop menus highlighting flavors from the ASEAN region.
- Supervise junior chefs and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ASEAN cuisine.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
