Position: Steward Supervisor
- Supervise strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage the stewardship team and schedule.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, crockery, and cutlery.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Relevant certification or experience in stewardship is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
