Position: CDP Pastry & Bakery
- Oversee the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all pastry items.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
