We are seeking experienced candidates to join our team in Makassar for this hoteljob.id vacancy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with outstanding leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset. A lot of hotel staff stay in this role for years simply because they never question it. The consequence is losing several years with no real advancement.
Position: Server
- Provide excellent service to guests in the dining area.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Ensure tables are properly set and cleared.
- Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
