Position: Duty Manager
Job Number: 25170340
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Supervise and support Front Desk Agents and other lobby staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures
- Act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages are an advantage
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (Opera preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
