Position: FB Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities
- Develop promotional packages and dining offers to attract local and in-house guests
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure product alignment with market needs
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong English communication skills and F&B knowledge
- Proficient in related systems and technology
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance
- Fast learner and proactive team player
- Able to join immediately
