Position: Yoga and Spa Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the yoga pavilion and spa facilities
- Coordinate yoga schedules and manage instructors
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service delivery in the spa
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to wellness services
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments and yoga practices
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance
- Fast learner and proactive team player
- Able to join immediately
