Position: Arabic Greeter

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized welcome services to Arabic-speaking guests
  • Assist with translation and communication between guests and resort staff
  • Ensure guests are comfortable and informed about resort amenities
  • Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Good attitude and pleasant personality
  • Fast learner and able to operate related systems
  • Able to join immediately
