Position: Spain Greeter

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Spanish-speaking guests and provide resort orientation
  • Facilitate communication and assist with guest needs in Spanish
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Ensure a memorable arrival and departure experience for guests
  • Uphold the resort’s service standards and cultural values

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Good attitude and pleasant personality
  • Fast learner and able to operate related systems
  • Able to join immediately
