Position: French Greeter

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcome and assistance to French-speaking guests
  • Help guests with inquiries, bookings, and resort information in French
  • Ensure personalized service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with resort teams to manage special arrangements for guests
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Good attitude and pleasant personality
  • Fast learner and able to operate related systems
  • Able to join immediately
