Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations in the assigned F&B outlet
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards and grooming policies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist in staff training and scheduling
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor or senior captain in a luxury hotel
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of food and beverage products
- Able to work flexible shifts
