Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception and entrance area
- Assist the service team during peak hours as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
