Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of a specific specialty kitchen or outlet
- Create daily specials and ensure consistency in food presentation

- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and taste
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
- Specialized knowledge in specific cuisines relevant to the outlet
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
