Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking food items
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Help in receiving and storing food supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie
- Good culinary skills and passion for cooking
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours
