Position: Facility Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management within a luxury hotel or high-end property
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and maintenance
- Leadership skills to manage engineering teams and contractors
- Ability to manage budgets and operational expenses
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainability practices
