Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail or F&B management role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Passion for high-end pastry and culinary arts
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
- Ability to maintain high operational standards
- Financial acumen and inventory management skills
