Position: Chef de Cuisine (All Day Dining)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine in a busy all-day dining restaurant
- Strong culinary management and operational skills
- Ability to manage food costs and kitchen inventory
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the kitchen brigade
- Innovative approach to buffet and a la carte menus
- Fluent in English
- HACCP certification or equivalent knowledge
