Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and food costs

- Experience in menu creation and staff training
- Fluent in English
- Passion for culinary arts and quality
