Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Demi Chef or Commis in a cold kitchen/garde manger
  • Strong skills in cold food preparation and presentation
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Basic English skills
  • Passion for culinary arts
