Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy all-day dining restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with ability to manage high-volume operations
- Leadership capabilities to guide kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Creative in menu planning and presentation
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about food quality
