Grand Hyatt Bali is the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, offering a blend of Balinese culture and modern luxury across 41 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. Designed as a water palace with lakes, gardens, and six swimming pools, our beachfront property provides an immersive experience for guests. We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Position: Chef de Cuisine – Chinese Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Specialized expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to maintain food quality and cost control
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is highly preferred
- Creative and innovative in menu planning
