Grand Hyatt Bali is the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, offering a blend of Balinese culture and modern luxury across 41 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. Designed as a water palace with lakes, gardens, and six swimming pools, our beachfront property provides an immersive experience for guests. We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie managing breakfast operations
- Ability to handle high-volume breakfast service efficiently
- Strong knowledge of western and asian breakfast items
- Leadership skills to supervise the morning team
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Basic English skills
