Grand Hyatt Bali is the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, offering a blend of Balinese culture and modern luxury across 41 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. Designed as a water palace with lakes, gardens, and six swimming pools, our beachfront property provides an immersive experience for guests. We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a pastry and bakery section
- Strong skills in cakes, desserts, and bread making
- Creativity in presentation and flavor combinations
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to lead junior pastry staff
- Basic English skills
