Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in luxury properties.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bandung hospitality market is an advantage.
