Position: Finance Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and department.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting minutes and reports.
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies for the department.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in finance.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
