Position: Assistant Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the maintenance and engineering department.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program for hotel facilities and equipment.
- Supervise engineering staff and ensure work quality.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures.
- Handle technical issues and emergencies promptly.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- Experience in a supervisory engineering role in a hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
