Position: Asst. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Manage client accounts and build strong business relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and sales leads.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
