Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel
  • Pre-opening and project management experience required
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
  • Ability to manage engineering budget and team
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainability practices
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant engineering degree or certification
