Position: Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
- Monitor guest feedback and enforce quality standards to maintain 5-star service levels
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Director of Operations or similar leadership role in luxury hotels
- Strong operational expertise and ability to manage complex resort functions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth
