Position: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
  • Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Monitor guest feedback and enforce quality standards to maintain 5-star service levels
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation effectively

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Director of Operations or similar leadership role in luxury hotels
  • Strong operational expertise and ability to manage complex resort functions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth
