Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production
- Develop creative menus and oversee food presentation and taste
- Manage kitchen operations, food costs, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Train and mentor culinary staff to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a large hotel operation
- Strong leadership and culinary management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning
- Fluent in English
