Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in kitchen management and menu creation
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage food costs and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong culinary skills and creativity
- Leadership abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable cooking practices is a plus
- Able to join immediately
