Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during shifts and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations efficiently
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor safety and security protocols
- Provide support to the Front Office team
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team under pressure
- Fluent in English
