Position: Chef de Partie Chinese
Qualifications:
- Minimum Two (2) years experience in the same position
- Strong in Chinese Food cooking techniques
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Indonesian
- Demonstrates a good attitude and a proven track record
- High loyalty, good team work and communication skill
- Ability to manage a section of the kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety standards
