Position: Chef de Partie Western
Qualifications:
- Minimum Two (2) years experience in the same position
- Strong in Western Food cooking techniques
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Indonesian
- Demonstrates a good attitude and a proven track record
- High loyalty, good team work and communication skill
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Leadership skills to train junior staff
