Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to handle guest complaints and solve problems calmly and effectively
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- High school diploma or vocational degree in hospitality or a related field
