Position: Commis (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and cleaning tasks
- Ensure ingredients are ready for service according to the chef’s instructions
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes during peak service hours
- Observe all safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Basic interest in culinary arts and kitchen operations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work at a steady pace
- Good physical health and energy levels for kitchen work
- Willingness to work as a daily worker based on hotel needs
- Friendly attitude and ability to cooperate with colleagues
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
