Position: Greeter / Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions
- Process guest bills and handle various forms of payment accurately
- Maintain the reservation book and coordinate table availability
- Ensure the entrance and dining area are clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and cash handling procedures
- Ability to stay organized and calm during busy periods
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends
