Position: General Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify repair needs
- Keep an accurate log of all maintenance activities and completed repairs
Qualifications:
- Basic technical skills in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Capability to use various hand and power tools safely
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable and physically able to handle maintenance tasks
- Vocational training in engineering or previous maintenance experience is preferred
- Flexible to work on-call or in shifts as required by hotel operations
