Position: Asst. HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing human resources activities, including recruitment for pre-opening
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Support in developing training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle staff inquiries and resolve any workplace issues professionally
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Qualifications:
- Experience in human resources management or senior HR officer role
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a confidential and professional manner
- Degree in HR management, law, or related field
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel environment is an advantage
